About the Project
This project is part of a wider initiative to build an online presence that allows Japanese people to encounter the Power and Love of God.
In a country where busyness and social isolation are endemic, we aim to create bridges for seekers to encounter the Lord — points of contact that might otherwise be difficult to make.
Why this matters in Japan right now:
- Online content can reach people that we otherwise can not
- Japanese are using the internet to seek out the bigger questions
- Many Japanese Christians and non-Christians struggle to approach the Bible
This series will help Japanese Christians and seekers understand the big story of the Bible, running alongside a 25-lesson course developed over the past six months.
Pilot Video
We have created a pilot video as proof of concept. (Above)
It demonstrates the clean, simple production style we aim to achieve — making biblical content accessible to new Christians and seekers, and providing a framework for understanding the Bible. Although we hope to achieve a final product that has a much higher production value.
